Monthly membership fee for Tatev Oganyan, Esq. to serve as your agent for service, delegate contact and authorized representative on behalf of you/your entities with all government agencies anywhere, including but not limited to the Department of Cannabis Control in California.

Services include:

  • Legal and business consulting on commercial cannabis regulations, guidelines and best practices; 

  • Permitting and licensing for cannabis operations on the state and local level; 

  • Local and state cannabis advocacy; 

  • Developing compliant policies and practices; 

  • Drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and developing effective HR, legal, risk management and regulatory compliance policies and practices to help your business grow and scale; 

  • Guidance on inspections, notices to comply, notices of violations, suspension, or expulsion; and 

  • Advice on day-to-day management of legal, HR, regulatory compliance, and business development practices

Packages Available:

  1. Compliance Subscription Level 1: $1,600 Monthly fee for 7.5 hours of services per month.

  2. Compliance Subscription Level 2: $3,100 Monthly fee for 15 hours of services per month.

  3. Compliance Subscription Level 3: $5,150 Monthly fee for 25 hours of services per month.

    A conflict check will be required prior to package purchase.
